THE FLANGE HEAD PINCH BOLTS USED IN THE YOKES OF THE STEERING SHAFT ASSEMBLIES MAY HAVE BEEN OVERSTRESSED DUE TO IMPROPER TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS. THIS COULD RESULT IN BREAKAGE OF THE PINCH BOLTS AN POSSIBLE LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.
