On certain vehicles, the windshield wipers may become inoperative under excess load conditions (such as snow, ice or debris) due to insufficient electrical carrying capacity in the wiper control module circuitry. Inoperative windshield wipers may reduce driver visibility during inclement weather and dirty conditions. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the wiper control module with a redesigned module on all affected vehicles.
