Issue: rnOn certain side-by-side UTVs, the recall repairs completed by a CFMOTO dealer during recall BR25-01 (Transport Canada recall no. 2025-060) may not be effective. As a result, a second inspection and/or repair is required. rnrnOn certain side-by-side UTVs, the doors may not latch properly when they are closed. As a result, the doors could open while driving. rnNote: This recall replaces Transport Canada recall no. 2025-060. This recall affects both the Highland and Highland XL models. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA door that opens suddenly while driving could create the risk of injury and/or increase the risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnTo reduce the safety risk, CFMOTO recommends that you should not use your UTV until the recall repairs are completed. CFMOTO will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your UTV to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the door latches.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2025222.
