This recall was replaced by Transport Canada Recall No. 2020-648. rnrnIssue: rnOn certain vehicles, the control module for the antilock brake system (ABS) could corrode internally and cause a short circuit. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA short circuit could create a fire risk. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnHyundai will notify owners of this problem by mail. The corrective actions for this recall are still being finalized. Hyundai recommends that you should park your vehicle outdoors, and away from other vehicles or structures until the recall repairs have been completed.
