TRUCKS EQUIPPED WITH DAYTON-WALTHER FRONT WHEELS AND MACK FA617C OR FAW617 FRONT AXLES. THE DAYTON-WALTHER FRONT WHEEL STUDS WERE NOT PROPERLY HEAT TREATED AND ARE SUBJECT TO CRACKING. A STUD CRACK WOULD RESULT IN WHEEL WOBBLE AND IMPAIR VEHICLE HANDLING.
