On certain travel trailers, the Federal Identification tag and the Tire and Loading Information label may not contain correct tire information. The labels incorrectly indicate the tire size and load range as ST225/75R14C, but instead should read ST225/75R15D. As a result, the vehicle may inadvertently be fitted with incorrect replacement tires. Overloaded tires may lead to poor vehicle handling characteristics, which could result in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Updated labels will be mailed to owners of affected vehicles, along with instructions for proper installation.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2011352.
