Issue: rnOver time, small cracks could develop in the fuel pump outlet. If this happens, there could be a fuel odour or fuel leak under the rear seat area. rn rnSafety Risk: rnA fuel leak can create the risk of a fire.rn rnCorrective Actions: rnPorsche will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the fuel pump service cover. The fuel filter flanges will be inspected, and replaced if any cracks are found.
