Issue: rnOn certain vehicles, the tire inflation pressure label lists the wrong cold tire pressure for the tires. The pressures are below what is recommended for the load limit listed. Canadian regulations require the recommended inflation pressures to be listed on the label. rnrnSafety Risk: rnThis small error does not affect vehicle safety. The vehicles are equipped with a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) which will turn on the warning light if the tire pressure drops below the minimum safe inflation pressure. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnThis is not a recall. Maserati has made changes to ensure that all new vehicles have the correct tire inflation pressure on the label.
The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2021460.
