VEHICLES BUILT FROM JANUARY 1, 1975 TO FEBRUARY 4, 1977 AND EQUIPPED WITH ROSS HFB70 SERIES POWER STEERING. THE ROSS HFB70 POWER STEERING SYSTEM IS SUSCEPTIBLE TO FAILURE AT THE INPUT SHAFT END OF THE PISTON AND WILL CAUSE THE END TOOTH OF THE PISTON TO BREAK OFF. THE BROKEN TOOTH COULD CAUSE THE STEERING GEAR TO LOCK WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF VEHICLE CRASH. rnFLAT-BED TRAILERS WERE PRODUCED WITHOUT THE TWO FRONT CLEARANCE LAMPS AS REQUIRED BY CMVSS 108.
