Certain ATVs fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 108. The reflectors do not meet the photometric requirements of the Standard. Correction: Polaris will publish a Notice of Defect for a period of 5 consecutive days in two major daily newspapers in the following regions: Atlantic provinces, Ontario, Quebec, The Prairie provinces, BC, and the Territories.
