Certain Low-Speed Vehicles (LSV) fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 209 - Seat Belt Assemblies. Seatbelt usage instructions were not provided in both official languages as required by the Standard. Improper use of seatbelts could result in increased risk of personal injury or death during a vehicle crash. Correction: An updated owner's manual will be mailed to owners of affected vehicles.
