On certain motorhomes, the refrigerator's LP hose may have been installed incorrectly during vehicle assembly. Should the hose contact the refrigerator's burner flu, it could become damaged, allowing a propane leak to develop. A propane leak, in the presence of an ignition source, could result in a fire and/or explosion, causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if required, reposition the hose.
The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2008067.
