TRUCKS EQUIPPED WITH MACK FA AND FAW 6A6 AND 617 SERIES FRONT STEERING AXLES. THE CROSS STEERING ARMS MAY HAVE INSUFFICIENT FATIGUE LIFE IN THE NECK AREA NEAR THE BOSS FOR THE CROSS STEERING TUBE BALL JOINT CONNECTION. FAILURE OF EITHER CROSS STEERING LEVER WOULD RESULT IN A LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL TO THE RIGHT FRONT WHEEL.
