Issue: rnOn certain buses, the wrong handrail may have been installed at the entrance door. As a result, the handrail might be difficult to use. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA handrail that is difficult to use could increase the risk of a fall injury. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnBlue Bird will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for inspecting the handrail and a repair kit for replacing it, as required.
