On certain fifth wheel trailers, the remote receiver may not be compatible with the high speed landing gear (front jacks) motor. If the motor is operated in a binding situation, the remote receiver may be damaged and overheat due to a combination of inadequate breaker and fuse protection, and the excessive amp draw of the motor. Operation of the landing gear motor may cause a vehicle fire, property damage and personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the landing gear motor assembly.
