THE SEAT PEDESTAL, MANUFACTURED BY EST DIVISION OF LEGGETT AND PLATT INC., IS EQUIPPED WITH A SEAT BELT BRACKET. THE COMBINATION FAILS TO MEET THE MINIMUM STRANGTH REQUIREMENTS OF CANADA MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARDS 207 - ANCHORAGE OF SEATS AND 210 - SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY ANCHORAGES.
