IF THE SUBJECT VEHICLES ARE EQUIPPED WITH AFTERMARKET RADIOS INSTALLED BY DEALERS, GARAGES, SPECIALTY SHOPS OR OWNERS AND THE HOLE IN THE FENDER APRON THROUGH WHICH THE ANTENNA CABLE IS ROUTED IS NOT PROPERLY SEALED, SPLASH WATER FROM THE ROTATING FRONT TIRE COULD ENTER THE PASSENGER COMPARTMENT, TRICKLE DOWN THE ANTENNA CABLE AND POSSIBLY ENTER THE FUSE RELAY BOARD. THIS CONDITION COULD ACTIVATE THE STARTER AND MOVE THE VEHICLE IF THE TRANSMISSION IS IN GEAR AND THE PARKING BRAKE NOT APPLIED.
