UPPER STEERING COLUMN SHAFT YOKE PINCH BOLT AND NUT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN ADEQUATELY TORQUED. THIS COULD RESULT IN SEPARATION OF THE INTERMEDIATE STEERING SHAFT FROM THE UPPER STEERING SHAFT AND MAY CAUSE LOSS OF CONTROL AND VEHICLE CRASH.
