THE FAST IDLE AIR CYLINDER USED ON SOME 6 AND 8V-92 SERIES RIGHT HAND ROTATION COACH ENGINES WAS ASSEMBLED IMPROPERLY. THIS COULD RESULT IN A BENT AND/OR BROKEN AIR CYLINDER ASSEMBLY.IF THIS WERE TO OCCUR, ERRATIC ENGINE SPEED OR THE INABILITY TO SHUT DOWN THE ENGINE COULD RESULT,AND A VEHICLE CRASH COULD OCCUR WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING. rnCORRECTION: FAST IDLE AIR CYLINDERS WILL BE REPLACED. rnNOTE: VEHICLES LOCATED IN ONTARIO.
