流体式リターダ（補助制動装置）を装着した大型バスにおいて、プロペラシャフト接続部（エンドヨーク）の構造が不適切なため、エンドヨークに設けてある十字継手（スパイダ）のベアリング抜け出し防止用のストッパーが発進停止の繰り返しにより摩耗する、又はプロペラシャフト組立て時に損傷する場合がある、又はプロペラシャフト組立て時に損傷する場合がある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ベアリングにガタを生じてプロペラシャフトが過大に振動し、最悪の場合、ベアリング固定金具又は取付ボルトが折損して、プロペラシャフトが脱落するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
