大型バスのエンジンにおいて、吸排気バルブ隙間調整用ロックナットの締付け工程が不適切なため、当該ロックナットの締付けトルクが不足しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ロックナットが緩み脱落し、最悪の場合、エンジン内に混入することでエンジンが損傷するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
