ホイール・クレーンのリターダにおいて、プロペラシャフトを取付けるフランジを固定するナット部のかしめ加工が不完全なものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ナット及びフランジが脱落して動力が伝達できなくなり、最悪の場合、リターダが破損し、破損した部品が道路上に落下して他の交通を妨げるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
