What the ministry says is wrong
（１）ＤＰＦ（ディーゼル粒子状物質除去装置）付き車の原動機制御コンピュータにおいて、低負荷走行時の自動再生（捕集した粒子状物質の燃焼除去）の燃料噴射量の設定が不適切なため、余剰な燃料がエンジンオイルに混入するものがある。そのため、エンジンオイル量が規定量を超えた状態で使用を続けると、吸気経路にエンジンオイルが混入して白煙が発生し、エンジンの回転が上昇することがあり、最悪の場合、エンストして再始動できなくなるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
（１）全車両、当該制御コンピュータのプログラムを修正するとともに、エンジンオイルを新品に交換する。なお、当該不具合が発生したことのある車両については、必要に応じて、エンジン本体、インジェクタ、触媒を新品に交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
