大型路線バスのエンジンＥＣＵにおいて、設計検討が不十分なため、以下の不具合が生じるおそれがある。 （１） スターター作動時にピニオンギヤとリングギヤの噛合い不良が発生すると、メインスイッチの接点を介さずコイル側にモーターを駆動する電流が流れ続けてしまう。そのため、コイルが熱ダメージを受けて損傷すると、スターターが不動になり、エンジンを始動出来なくなる。 （２） ＤＰＦの詰まりや酸化触媒の効率低下を誤検知することがある。そのため、エンジン出力が制限されると共にＤＰＦ再生不可の警告が表示され、次回エンジン始動時にエンジン警告灯が点灯する。What is to be done about it
