ディーゼル・エンジンのタイミングベルト（カムシャフトを回転させるためのベルト） に、カムシャフト等のプーリ成型時に使用したオイルが付着し、当該ベルトが膨潤してベ ルト張力が過大になるものがあるため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、カムシャフト に過大な曲げ応力が加わり、最悪の場合、カムシャフトが折損して走行不能に至るおそれ がある。What is to be done about it
