電気装置において、 トルクコンバータケース上部の始動モータ用電気配線の固定方法 が不適切なため、当該配線が荷役装置用油圧ホースに干渉することがあり、車両の振動に より当該配線及び油圧ホースが摩耗して当該配線と油圧ホース内部の金属線とが短絡し、 発熱により油圧ホースが損傷して作動油が噴出し、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある 。What is to be done about it
