大型トラックの手動変速機において、オイルクーラホースの固定方法が不適切なため、走行中に車両に巻き上げられた異物が、オイルクーラホースに当たることによって当該ホースが変形し、リターダドラム（補助制動装置の回転部分）に干渉するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ホースが損傷し、オイルが漏れて変速機内部が潤滑不良となり、最悪の場合、変速ができなくなり走行不能となるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
