What the ministry says is wrong
加速装置において、スロットルケーブル周りの防水構造が不適切なため、雨天時の走行等により、当該ケーブル内部に水が浸入することがある。そのため、外気温が氷点下の環境において当該ケーブル内部に滞留した水が凍結し、最悪の場合、走行中にアクセルグリップが戻らなくなり、エンジンの回転が下がらなくなるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、スイッチケース下部のケーブルを固定するステイに補強板を追加するとともに当該ケーブルの防水ブーツの両端にクリップを追加し、さらに当該ケースの締付けボルトを車両前方側に隙間を生じない締付け順に変更する。 また、スロットルケーブル内の水分を除去するため、ケーブル内のエアブローを行うが、ビーノモルフェＸＣ５０Ｈは構造的にエアブローができないため、ケーブルを新品と交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
