What the ministry says is wrong
後車軸を固定するラジアスロッドの車体側取付金具（リヤサスペンションサポート）の防水構造及び防錆処理が不適切なため、融雪剤等が内面に付着して錆が発生するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、錆の進行により、当該金具に亀裂が発生することがあり、最悪の場合、当該金具が破損してラジアスロッドとともに脱落し、走行安定性が損なわれるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、当該金具を点検し、対策品が未装着の車両は対策品と交換する。但し、当該金具を既に対策品と交換済で、かつ判定基準を満足するものは、防錆処置を実施する。 なお、対策品の供給及び改修作業に時間を要するため、当面の暫定措置として、当該部位を点検し、判定基準を満足するものについては、防錆処置を実施した上で、後日、当該金具を対策品と交換する。 さらに、当該部位については、定期的な点検・整備を行う整備基準を定める。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
