What the ministry says is wrong
平成２８年排出ガス規制対応の大型トラックの側方照射灯において、取付位置が不適切である。また、自動点灯（オートライト）機能を装備した車両の自動点灯／消灯プログラムが不適切なため、操作条件によりすれ違い用前照灯が消灯した際に側方照射灯が消灯しないことがある。そのため、道路運送車両法の保安基準第３３条の２（側方照射灯）で定める要件に満足しない。What is to be done about it
