What the ministry says is wrong
大型トラックのブレーキペダルにおいて、当該ペダルのシャフト部を固定するスプリットピン（割りピン）の組付けが不適切なため、フットブレーキ操作によってシャフト部からスプリットピンが脱落することがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ブレーキペダルとプレートの結合部からシャフトがずれて、最悪の場合、制動力が低下するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
