グレーダの昇降用ステップを車体に固定するブラケットにおいて、部品の溶接作業が不適切なため、溶け込み不足のものがある。そのため、運転時の振動等により溶接が剥がれ、外装でステップを支える状態となり、乗員の昇降に外装が耐えられなくなると、外装が変形し、乗員が転落するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
