手動運転装置付き福祉車両の移乗ボード（車椅子から運転席への乗り移りをサポートする機構）において、移乗ボードを使用せず格納状態のまま乗車した場合にボード天板に脚を引っ掛け、押し込まれることで本来回転しない方向に回転し、ボード天板を支えているシリンダーからステーロッドが抜けることがある。そのため、そのまま移乗ボードを展開し、車椅子から運転席に乗り移るためボード天板に座った場合に傾き、乗員が転倒して怪我をするおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、ボード天板の回転を抑止するためのストッパーを追加した対策品の移乗ボードに交換する。なお、改善措置用部品の準備に時間を要することから、部品が供給できるまでの暫定措置として、シリンダーからの抜けを抑制するため、ステーロッドの長さを延長したステーロッド＆シリンダーに交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
