What the ministry says is wrong
エンジン制御コンピュータ（ＥＣＵ）のプログラムが不適切なため、エンジン停止直前にスタータ信号や吸気空気量センサ等のデータ処理プログラムを誤ったプログラムに書き換えてしまうことがある。そのため、ＥＣＵによる正常な制御が行われず、エンジンが再始動しないおそれがある。また、アイドリングストップシステム装着車においては、エンジンの再始動時に、スタータモータが断続的に回転して再始動せず、スタータモータが損傷する場合や、アイドリングストップシステムによるエンジン始動後にエンジン不調となり、エンジンが停止し再始動できなくなるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
