車両後部に寒冷地向け仕様のトイレを装備した大型観光バスにおいて、トイレ用水タンクの取付け作業が不適切なため、トイレ水凍結防止用ハーネスをタンク下部に挟み込んだものがある。そのため、当該ハーネスが損傷し、最悪の場合、短絡し室内天井板が発煙するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
