ドラム式の制動装置において、ブレーキシューの製造が不適切なため、ブレーキシューとライニングの接着が不十分なものがある。そのため、ブレーキ操作を繰り返すとライニングが剥がれ、制動時にドラムとシューの隙間に噛み込み、意図した以上の制動力が加わることがあるため、低速時に走行安定性を損なうおそれがある。What is to be done about it
