ウォータポンププーリを締結するフランジの端部とプーリ内側曲げ部との距離が短いため、プーリ締結後にフランジがプーリ内側曲げ部に乗り上げ隙間が生じるものがある。そのため、補機ベルト荷重が繰返し加わるとプーリ内側曲げ部が摩耗して締結ボルトが緩み、ボルトが折損して補機ベルトが外れると、発電不良及び冷却不良が発生し、警告灯が点灯するとともにエンジンが停止して再始動できなくなるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
