農耕トラクターにおいて、エンジンタイミングセンサーリングの取付指示が不適切なため、取付ボルトの緩み防止剤の塗布量が不足しているものがある。 そのため、走行中の振動により取付ボルトが緩み、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、取付ボルトが脱落し、エンジンタイミングセンサーリングが外れ、最悪の場合、走行中エンジンが停止し、再始動できないおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、タイミングセンサーリングの取付状態を点検し、以下のいずれかの改善をおこなう。 １．損傷個所なしの場合、ボルトを交換し、緩み止め防止剤を塗布する。 ２．タイミングセンサーリング損傷の場合、タイミングセンサーリング、ボルトを交 換し緩み止め防止剤を塗布する。 ３．クランクシャフトが損傷している場合、クランクシャフト、タイミングセンサーリ ング、ボルトを交換し、緩み止め防止剤を塗布する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
