緩衝装置のリヤサスペンショントーリンクにおいて、強度検討が不適切なため、ロッド部の強度が不足しているものがある。リヤナックルのボールジョイントが、アフターマーケット部品に交換されている一部車両では、冬季凍結防止剤等による腐食のため円滑に動かなくなる事があり、トーリンクに加わる曲げ応力増加によりロッド部が破損し、最悪の場合、走行不能となるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、令和元年９月２７日付け届出番号 外２９１８（左右リヤサスペンショントーリンク交換）が実施済みかどうか確認する。 ・未実施の場合は左右のリヤサスペンショントーリンクを対策品に交換する。 ・実施済みの場合は、リヤナックルがボールジョイントタイプかゴムブッシュタイプか確認する。 ・ボールジョイントタイプの場合は、リヤサスペンショントーリンクを対策品に交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
