４輪駆動車の後軸用動力伝達装置において、リヤアクスルシャフトの加工寸法が不適切な ものがあるため、発進および旋回等の繰り返しにより当該ロックナットが緩むことがある 。そのため、最悪の場合、当該ロックナットが外れ、車輪が脱落するおそれがある。 （備考） 本届出は、平成１６年４月９日「届出１０６２」のリコール届出において、改善措置用部品の一部 に加工寸法不良が発生し、当該部品が車両に組込まれたため、再度届出を行い対策を実施 するものである。What is to be done about it
