燃料噴射装置において、燃料供給ポンプの製造時の加工が不適切なため、当該ポンプの内部に亀裂が発生し、燃料が漏れ、エンジンオイルに混入するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、燃料の混入したオイルがブローバイガスの通路を経由して吸気管に吸入されシリンダー内で燃焼するため、エンジン回転の上昇、エンジン停止及び再始動不能となり、最悪の場合、燃料の混入したエンジンオイルが漏れ火災となるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
