制動装置の空圧回路において、ホース取付接手の工程管理が不適切なため、不良品を取付けた車両を誤って出荷してしまった。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、長期使用により接手に錆等が発生し、空圧回路上のバルブに付着することがあり、最悪の場合、エア漏れが発生し制動力が低下するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
