フロントフォークにおいて、ブッシュホルダ端部の面取り加工及びピボットアームブッシュの表面処理が不適切なため、ブッシュホルダとブッシュ間のグリースが流出すると、フロントピボットアームとブッシュ側面の摺動抵抗が大きくなるものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、右側フロントピボットアームへ過大な応力が加わり折損し、最悪の場合、前輪ブレーキ操作時にフロントブレーキケーブルが引っ張られ、前輪がロックして転倒や走行不能となるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、フロントフォークを対策品に交換するとともに、フロントピボットアームを新品に交換する。なお、改善措置用部品の供給に時間を要することから、当面の暫定措置として、全車両、フロントピボットアームを点検し、作動不良が確認されたものについては、フロントピボットアームを新品に交換し、ピボットアームブッシュにグリースを塗布する。それ以外については、ピボットアームブッシュにグリースを塗布する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
