What the ministry says is wrong
高外気温下において、強い力で運転者席及び助手席側のドアハンドル（樹脂製）の操作 を繰り返した場合、当該ドアハンドルのレリーズロッド（ドア開閉装置のラッチ解除棒） 連結部が破損するものがあり、当該レリーズロッドが外れて外側からドアを開けることが できなくなる。この場合に、ドアロック装置を解除した状態でドアガラスを降下させると 、レリーズロッドが室内側に倒れている場合には、ドアガラスの下部がレリーズロッドを 押し、最悪の場合、当該ドアが開くおそれがある。What is to be done about it
