What the ministry says is wrong
ＩＳＯＦＩＸチャイルドシートを固定する車両側の固定ブラケットの耐久性が不足しているため、チャイルドシートを装着状態で走行した際の荷重が固定ブラケットに繰り返し加わると、金属疲労によって固定ブラケットに亀裂が入ることがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、固定ブラケットが破損し、チャイルドシートが固定できず、最悪の場合、チャイルドシートが外れるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
