What the ministry says is wrong
前後進切替えレバー操作機構の操作伝達用ケーブルにおいて、当該ケーブルの固定方法が不適切なため、かじ取り操作時に操作伝達用ケーブル外筒のカシメ部に繰り返し曲げ応力が加わり、外筒が破損するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該ケーブルが適切に作動しなくなり、前後進切替えレバーが中立の位置であってもかじ取り操作を行うと車両が動き出すなど、正常な走行ができなくなるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
