大型リヤダンプ耐摩耗鋼板仕様において、設計並びに品質評価が不適切なため、フェンダステー部（不具合箇所（１））、泥除けステー部（不具合箇所（２））の荷台デッキパネルに亀裂が生じるものがある。また、荷台デッキパネルのクロスメンバ部への図面指示が不適切なため、取付した荷台デッキパネル後部（不具合箇所（３））に亀裂が生じるものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると走行振動により亀裂が進行し、最悪の場合、フェンダ及び泥除けが脱落して交通の安全を妨げるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
