ショベル・ローダのルームランプにおいて、作業指示が不適切なため、取付時にルームランプの取付爪が折損しているものがある。そのため、車両振動によりルームランプが脱落し、ルームランプ金属部がキャビン本体に接触して電気回路がショートすると、ヒューズが断線してモニタが不点灯になるほか、最悪の場合、方向指示器が作動しなくなるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
