自動変速機を搭載した大型路線バスにおいて、トルクコンバータ部バッキングプレートのトルクコンバータカバーへの取付けボルト締付け方法およびトルクコンバータカバーのねじ部加工が不適切なため、当該ボルトの軸力が不足しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けるとボルトが折損し、折損したボルトがトルクコンバータカバーとタービンとの間に挟まり、最悪の場合、トルクコンバータがロックアップした状態となり、エンストして走行できなくなるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
