エンジンを高回転の状態からエンジンブレーキによる減速を繰り返すと、エンジンオイルが燃焼室まで吸い上げられて燃焼し、オイル消費量が増えることがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、オイルの潤滑不良で異音が発生し、最悪の場合、走行中にエンジンが破損し、後輪がロックして転倒するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、当面の措置として、エンジンオイル量を点検し不足していれば規定量まで補充して、エンジンに異常がある場合は修理する。また、使用者に不具合内容を通知し、エンジンオイル量の点検を注意喚起するとともに、車両へ注意ラベルを貼り付ける。なお、対策が決定次第、改善措置を実施する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
